In "Schooled!", Luan is a sophomore attending school with her older sisters Leni and Luna her love interest is a fellow comedian named Benny, who she began dating in "Stage Plight". She is named after one of Savino's five sisters (Lynn).[x][8] Lynn tends to start competitions among her siblings and plays a large number of different sports. She is highly superstitious because she does not want to lose her winning streak. Lynn wears a red and white jersey, track shorts, white high-knee socks, and black cleats. She does not hesitate to burp out loud or to do things such as a Dutch oven on Lincoln. Lynn is also an expert at ninjutsu and can even run on all fours while carrying someone on her back.

Harold McBride

Arturo's work is liked by Carlos Casagrande and Hector Casagrande develops a scowling look when around him implying that he was not pleased with Maria and Arturo's divorce. In "Operation Dad", Arturo visits Great Lakes City for a conference causing Ronnie Anne to find a way to make him move in after roughing it for some time. Upon looking at the scrapbook she left him, Arturo contacts his boss at Physician Without Missions to let him work at Great Lakes City's Physicians Without Missions HQ while another doctor covers for him. Gayle McBride (voiced by Loretta Devine, portrayed by Gail Everett-Smith in A Loud House Christmas) is the mother of Harold and the adoptive grandmother of Clyde.

Lana is a skilled handy worker, plumber, and mechanic who loves animals, especially frogs and reptiles. Along with Lucy and Lily, Lana has the best younger sister relationship with Lincoln. She also has a close bond with her sister Lola, who she hangs out and works together with. Throughout the series, she acts like a dog, especially when she eats trash or dog food. In Leni's Listen Out Loud podcast, Leni and Lincoln state that the family buys Lana food and toys at the pet shop. Lana is in 1st grade at Royal Woods Elementary School for the first four seasons and attends school with Lincoln, Lucy, Lola, and Lisa.

Lisa Loud

As shown in multiple episodes, the Loud kids generally hold their sibling meetings in this room, with the most likely reason being due to it being the largest of their rooms, which isn't filled with mad science experiments, and a nightmarish amount of baby diapers. In "Time Trap!", the room has grayish red orange walls and carpeting, and dark grayish blue curtains. In the alternate timeline scene in "Time Trap!" in which Rita and Lynn Sr.

She was mentioned a lot in the series before showing up in person in the episode "Resident Upheaval" where she was up against Myrtle for an available room in Sunset Canyon Retirement Home, sparking a competition between Lincoln and Clyde to see whose grandmother will move in. By the end of the episode, Gayle gets a double room while gaining Myrtle as her roommate. Shiloh Loud (voiced by Bahia Watson) is the youngest child of Lance and Sharon and the kids' paternal cousin.

Every episode and segment of this season was directed by Chris Savino, with him co-directing with Kyle Marshall in the episode "The Price of Admission"/"One Flu Over the Loud House" (#125). The Basement is comprised of inconsistently colored walls and floor, one exposed light bulb, Cliff's scratching post, the radiator, the fusebox, and a single consistently depicted window above the washer, dryer, and a sink, on the wall on which the entire kitchen is located above. The Attic is comprised of exposed wood, two exposed light bulbs, a part of the chimney, and various old objects such as games, boxes, an old-fashioned television set, Lynn Sr.'s old camera, a cardboard box full of hand-me-downed clothes, and Lincoln's homemade coffee mugs. It is accessible by climbing a fold-up ladder through a door in the center of the hallway. The second Floor is comprised of a Hallway with yellow and beige walls, a brown wooden floor mostly covered by a red rug, a single potted plant, and the doors to the Bathroom, the Attic, and all the Loud Children's Rooms. The pilot episode was originally produced as part of Nickelodeon's 2013 Animated Shorts Program, and was later re-released with a new title, "Bathroom Break!!", on Nick.com in 2016.

Season 2 (2016–

Leni is a junior at Royal Woods High School for the first four seasons and attends school with her sisters Lori, Luna and Luan. As of "Schooled!", Leni becomes the oldest sibling in the house while Lori is away at Fairway University, is a senior, and attends school with Luna and Luan. As of "Driver's Dread", Leni eventually becomes successful in driving and got her driver's license.[v] Throughout the series, Leni has had numerous crushes on boys, eventually settling on one named Gavin in "Food Courting"; in The Really Loud House, her boyfriend is a boy named Chase. She is named after a pet dachshund Chris Savino's mother-in-law owned.[8] She wears a purple shirt with a skull, a lavender skirt, a white belt, purple-tipped socks, high purple boots, black paperclip earrings, three bracelets, and a choker. Luna is a wild and upbeat musician who owns and plays various instruments; her signature instrument is a purple Dean ML electric guitar.

In "Schooled!", Lana attends 2nd grade with her sisters Lucy, Lola, and Lisa. Luan wears braces, a white sleeveless shirt, a yellow skirt, yellow socks, brown shoes, and 3 pink flowers. Every April Fools' Day, Luan becomes a sadistic prank-obsessed maniac, which causes her family and Clyde to fear the holiday. While the pranks she pulls are mostly successful, the tables are occasionally turned against her as seen in the episodes "Fool's Paradise" and "Fool Me Twice". In the latter, Luan has stopped pulling pranks; however, in the episode "Silence of the Luans", Lily pulls pranks on their family, convincing Luan to resume pranking.

Additionally, a second live-action television film A Really Haunted Loud House premiered in September 2023, as well as a second animated feature film, The Casagrandes Movie, which premiered in March 2024 on Netflix. Ronalda "Ronnie" Anne Santiago (voiced by Breanna Yde in S1E15B-S3E21 of The Loud House,[35] Izabella Alvarez in S4E1-present of The Loud House and The Casagrandes[36]) is the 11-year-old (12 as of The Casagrandes Movie) sister of Bobby, a tough tomboy who enjoys skateboarding, playing video games, and pranks. She wears a purple zipper hoodie, jean shorts, a white tank top underneath her hoodie (in "City Slickers" and "No Show! with the Casagrandes"), pink knee-high socks, and purple shoes. Originally depicted as a bully who would annoy Lincoln with embarrassing pranks because she had a crush on him, Ronnie Anne eventually becomes Lincoln's best female friend. A running gag is that one member of either her or Lincoln's family refers to one of them as the other's boyfriend/girlfriend which they both instantly deny.

Jam Filled Entertainment, a Canadian-based animation studio located in Ottawa (now owned by Boat Rocker Media), animates the whole series digitally with Toon Boom Harmony software. The fact that he's [Lincoln] in the middle is not necessarily an accident. For a while, he was a bit older and he had more sisters underneath him and somewhere in the storytelling, we realized that him being kind of, literally the fulcrum of the family [...] all kind of came into play. Before it was decided that Lincoln would be the middle child, he was initially going to be placed in either with his older sisters or younger sisters. Eventually, it was decided that Lincoln would be best suited perfectly in the middle, as it made sense thematically. It's wasn't immediately clear if the supposedly offending Nickelodeon episodes ever aired in Kenya.

Carlitos Casagrande (voiced by Roxana Ortega up to The Casagrandes ep. 6A,[40] Cristina Milizia from ep. 7 onward[41]) is the youngest of Carlos and Frida's children, Rosa and Hector's grandson and the cousin of Ronnie Anne. He has noticeably orange hair and a propensity to mimic those around him. Carlota Casagrande (voiced by Alexa PenaVega)[38] is the eldest of Carlos and Frida's children, their only daughter, Rosa and Hector's granddaughter, and the cousin of Bobby and Ronnie Anne. She is a cheerful, happy-go-lucky admirer of vintage fashion and has a following on social media. Hector Rodrigo Casagrande-Guiterrez (voiced by Ruben Garfias)[38] is Ronnie Anne and Bobby's grandfather and Maria and Carlos' father.

It is implied multiple times throughout the series though, that they harbor feelings for each other. The Loud House is an American animated television series and media franchise created by Chris Savino. It is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio and animated at Jam Filled Entertainment in Canada. The series is inspired by Savino's own "chaotic life growing up in a huge household," and follows a boy named Lincoln, who lives at home with his ten sisters, Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa, and Lily. She has large blonde hair (a genetic trait she shares with her mother, even though Lori's hair is slightly longer). Her original design depicted her with pink eyeshadow, a white tank top, navy blue shorts, and black shoes.

An extended version of the song "Right Where We Belong" from the episode "Save Royal Woods" is shown in music video form. In "Time Trap!", the room is a workout studio with gray walls, desaturated dark orange carpeting, a weight rack, a calendar, a flat screen TV, a treadmill, a punching bag, an exercise ball, and the window has blinds instead of curtains. In "Time Trap!", the Hallway has grayish white walls, a grayish beige rug, three pictures of Rita and Lynn on the wall between the stairs and Lori and Leni's room, and a mirror on the wall next to Lisa and Lily's room between the door and the corner. The Loud House has received favorable reviews from viewers and critics, with the praise focused on its casting, animation, character portrayals, and writing.

The name of the series is a pun on the phrase "loud house," which means a very noisy house, and also a reference to the Loud family's constant mess. This is the first cartoon created and directed by Savino himself, as in the other cartoons he worked on, he was only the producer, or storyboard artist. However, on October 19, 2017, Chris Savino was fired for sexual misconduct allegations.

Just like Lori, Beverly is also protective, mature, responsible and she enjoys giving girl advice. Beverly's voice even sounds more identical to Lori than Betty's, despite all three of them being voiced by Catherine Taber. The series focuses on Lincoln Loud, the middle and only male child in a house full of girls, who is often breaking the fourth wall to explain to viewers the chaotic conditions and sibling relationships of the household. As the series goes on, many of the individual siblings get their own spotlight episodes, often focusing on their lives outside the titular house. Some episodes focus on Lincoln and Clyde with their friends, Liam Hunnicut, Rusty Spokes, Zach Gurdle, and Stella Zhau. Some episodes feature Luna and her band, the Moon Goats, while others focus on Lucy and her friends in Royal Woods Elementary's Morticians' Club.
